2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pkr222 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (whether by name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other identifier), pkr222 reserves the right to close all accounts except one and to void any bets or transactions associated with duplicate accounts.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
3.1 Login Credentials. 3.3 Account Sharing. You may not allow any third party to access or use your pkr222 account. All bets and transactions conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.
3.4 Currency. All account balances, transactions, bets, and payouts on the pkr222 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for USDT cryptocurrency transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. pkr222 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.
4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: JazzCash – Rs 500; Easypaisa – Rs 500; Bank Transfer – Rs 1,000; USDT – equivalent to approximately Rs 2,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the pkr222 cashier interface.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. pkr222 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawal methods; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Source of Funds. All deposits must be made from payment accounts and methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. pkr222 reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party payment sources are identified.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at pkr222's sole discretion. pkr222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing reasons, including but not limited to cases of suspected irregularity, technical error, or market integrity concerns.
5.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. In the case of PSL cricket and other Pakistan domestic competitions, the Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) official results are used as the basis for settlement. For international cricket, the ICC's official results apply.
5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. pkr222 reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously erroneous odds. An erroneous odd is defined as one that deviates significantly from the market price available elsewhere at the time of bet placement, whether due to a typographical error, data feed malfunction, or human error.
5.4 Void Bets. A bet will be voided and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or if the result cannot be determined within a reasonable time frame as determined by pkr222.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by sport, market, event, and account tier and are subject to change without notice.
6.1 Game Availability. The games available in the pkr222 Casino and Slots sections are subject to change at any time. pkr222 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game title, provider, or table at any particular time.
6.2 Game Integrity. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on the pkr222 platform use certified random number generators that have been independently tested by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical actions (card shuffles, wheel spins, dice rolls) captured by multiple cameras and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other technical error during a game session, pkr222 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If the game state cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. pkr222 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.
6.4 Casino Limits. Table betting limits for the pkr222 Casino range from a minimum of Rs 50 per hand/round (standard live tables) to Rs 20,00,000 per hand/round (VIP tables). These limits are indicative and may be adjusted by pkr222 at any time.
7.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and free bet offers made available by pkr222 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply in the absence of specific terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 7.3 Bonus Abuse. 7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and free bets are subject to expiry dates and will be forfeited if not used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pkr222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.1 By pkr222. pkr222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or for commercial reasons. 12.2 By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting pkr222 support. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the pkr222 operating entity.
